How It Works, Services and Fees

HOW IT WORKS

• Initial consultation: meet with the client to review the scope of the project and develop an outline of services required. 

• Project Proposal: Provide an estimate of the time required to complete the project.

• Deposit: Obtain your approval and a block deposit to begin

• Review and Approvals: Preview of the project prior to final completion for updates/edits.

• Finalization: provide a project file, including raw footage. To protect your privacy, your raw footage will not be stored by Nicola Productions after project completion.

• Payment: Balance and Payment in full due upon project completion.

Experience with Photo, Video, and Animation for:

• Special occasions/Family and Friends

• Advertisements / Promotional videos

• Website content

• Social media content

Digital Art / Animation

• Create graphic images and video clips for your brand

Filming

• Create video footage and content for you on site or at the production studio

Photography

• Capture images, edit, add filters, and deliver final photo files.

Video Editing

• Edit your original footage, our footage or a combination of both 

​

Music Services

• Personal projects: utilize MP3 files and/or obtain existing music.

• Business projects: use non-copyrighted or original music.

FEES

Rate is based upon the type of engagement.

• Reviewing and analyzing content

• Creative development

• Editing

• Revising

• Travel

• As projects evolve, we will provide periodic cost and creative updates with hours spent and project status.
